1. Agreement to these terms

This website (the "Site") is operated by AtlantaTCG LLC ("AtlantaTCG", "we", "us", "our"), a physical trading card shop at 626 Holcomb Bridge Rd, Unit 600, Roswell, GA 30076, USA. By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What the Site is (and isn't)

The Site showcases the in-store inventory of our physical shop. Where checkout is offered, you can buy select items through the Site for in-store pickup or US shipping; payment is handled by Square on Square's secure checkout page. Everything on the Site is also available for purchase in person at the store.

Online purchase limit. Online orders are limited to $500.00 in merchandise per transaction, and items priced above $500.00 are sold in person only. Orders exceeding these limits cannot be placed through the Site and must be completed in person at the store or arranged by phone at (470) 550-2481. We may decline or cancel (with a full refund) any order that circumvents or attempts to circumvent these limits.

3. Prices & availability

Prices and stock status shown on the Site reflect our point-of-sale system as of the most recent automated sync. They are provided for convenience only and are subject to change without notice, may occasionally contain errors or be out of date, and do not constitute an offer, guarantee, or reservation of any item. Availability is not guaranteed until you purchase an item in the store — if the Site and the shelf ever disagree, the shelf wins. We may correct errors at any time without liability.

4. Our content

The Site's original content — our photographs of the shop, our written copy, our branding, our logo, and the design and code of the Site — is owned by or licensed to AtlantaTCG LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share links to the Site freely; you may not copy, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit our original content without our prior written permission.

5. Third-party trademarks

Pokémon and Pokémon character names are trademarks of Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., and The Pokémon Company International. Magic: The Gathering is a trademark of Wizards of the Coast LLC. Yu-Gi-Oh! is a trademark of Konami Digital Entertainment. Disney Lorcana is a trademark of Disney and Ravensburger. One Piece Card Game is a trademark of Bandai. Star Wars: Unlimited is a trademark of Lucasfilm Ltd. and Fantasy Flight Games / Asmodee. Topps is a trademark of The Topps Company. LEGO is a trademark of the LEGO Group. All other game names, logos, card images, and product names appearing on this Site are trademarks or copyrights of their respective owners.

AtlantaTCG LLC is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies. Their names, logos, and product images are used solely to identify genuine products available in our store.

6. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • interfere with or disrupt the Site, its hosting, or its security features;
  • abuse the contact form (spam, harassment, automated submissions, or impersonation);
  • scrape, crawl, or harvest the Site at volumes that degrade it for others;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system connected to the Site; or
  • use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

We may block, limit, or refuse access to anyone who violates these rules.

7. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party sites and services (for example Google Maps and Instagram). We don't control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. A link is not an endorsement.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL INFORMATION ON IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED — INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATLANTATCG LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE OR YOUR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION IT DISPLAYS — INCLUDING PRICING OR AVAILABILITY ERRORS. IN ALL CASES, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AtlantaTCG LLC from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Governing law & venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts covering Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. General

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and AtlantaTCG LLC regarding the Site. We may update these terms from time to time; changes take effect when posted on this page, and the dates above always reflect the current version. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
