1. Agreement to these terms

This website (the "Site") is operated by AtlantaTCG LLC ("AtlantaTCG", "we", "us", "our"), a physical trading card shop at 626 Holcomb Bridge Rd, Unit 600, Roswell, GA 30076, USA. By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What the Site is (and isn't)

The Site showcases the in-store inventory of our physical shop. You can buy select items through the Site for in-store pickup or US shipping; payment is handled by Square; the card form at checkout is Square's, and card details go straight to Square without passing through the Site. Everything on the Site is also available for purchase in person at the store.

Shipping limit. Shipped orders are limited to $500.00 in merchandise per transaction, and items priced above $500.00 are not shipped. Orders above those amounts are available for in-store pickup only, at no charge; there is no limit on the value of a pickup order. Larger purchases can also be completed in person at the store or arranged by phone at (470) 550-2481. We may decline or cancel (with a full refund) any order that circumvents or attempts to circumvent these limits.

Pickup orders are held for 72 hours and released only to the person named on the order, on presentation of a valid government-issued photo ID matching that name and the payment card used for the order. We may cancel and refund any order we cannot verify. See our Shipping & Returns policy for details.

Georgia sales tax is calculated at checkout: for shipped orders, at the rate for your delivery address; for pickup orders, at our Roswell store's rate. The total you see before paying is the total you're charged.

3. Prices, availability & order acceptance

Prices and stock status shown on the Site reflect our point-of-sale system as of the most recent automated sync. They are provided for convenience only and are subject to change without notice, may occasionally contain errors or be out of date, and do not constitute an offer, guarantee, or reservation of any item. Availability is not guaranteed until your purchase is complete (online at checkout or at the register), and if the Site and the shelf ever disagree, the shelf wins. We may correct errors at any time without liability.

Your order is an offer. Placing an order, including completing payment, is an offer to buy, not our acceptance of it. A contract of sale forms only when we ship the order (or hand it to you at the counter). Until then we may decline or cancel it and refund you in full.

Pricing errors. Prices reach the Site through an automated sync from our point-of-sale system, and an entry error can put an obviously incorrect price on an item. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed at a clearly erroneous price and refund it in full, even after payment. We will tell you why, and you may re-order at the corrected price.

Availability. The Site sells from the same shelves as the store, and stock syncs periodically rather than instantly, so an item can sell in person between your order and our packing it. If that happens we will cancel the affected item or order and refund it in full, promptly and in any case within seven (7) working days.

Graded cards. A grade is the grading company's assessment, not ours. See our Shipping & Returns Policy for what is and is not warranted on a graded card.

Promotional offers shown on the Site are limited-time, apply only to orders placed on the Site unless the offer says otherwise, and are subject to the qualifying conditions, limits and end date stated with the offer. Eligibility is determined by the prices and items in your order at the time you place it. We may amend or end a promotion at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed.

Free-gift offers. Where an offer includes a free item with a qualifying purchase, that item is a promotional gift and not a product you buy from us. It is not sold to you, forms no part of your order, and is not an item, a line, a discount or a credit on your order, receipt or invoice; your order total and the amount you are charged are the same with the gift as without it. We supply the gift by packing it with your order at pickup or shipment. A gift has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or another product, and cannot be returned for a refund. Gifts are subject to availability, and we may supply another item of comparable value from the offer’s stated range.

Past offer: free Graded Guard (August 18 to September 15, 2026). This offer has ended and no longer applies to new orders. For an order placed on the Site while it ran, the Graded Guard supplied with it remains a promotional gift under the paragraph above: it was never sold to you or part of the sale. If such an order is cancelled, refunded or returned in whole, the Graded Guard must be returned with it; if it is returned or refunded in part so that the graded cards you keep total less than $100.00, the order no longer qualifies and the Graded Guard must be returned. Where it is not returned, or is returned used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct its $9.99 retail value from your refund, or to charge that amount.

5. Rewards program (TCGPoints)

Our rewards program is run on Square Loyalty and is the same program offered at our store counter. On the Site you may join it, or sign in to it, from the checkout page. Joining is free, optional, and never a condition of purchase; an order placed without joining is identical in price and terms.

Joining and signing in. The program identifies you by mobile number. To join or sign in on the Site you enter your mobile number and confirm a one-time code that we send to your email address (the email on your rewards account if you already have one, otherwise the email you entered at checkout). By joining you agree to Square’s loyalty terms and to receive automated informational and marketing text messages about the program, including points updates, coupons and discounts, at the number you provided. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; reply END to any message to stop. Joining creates a customer record with Square that holds your mobile number, email address and points balance (see our Privacy Policy).

Earning. Points are awarded on the amount you pay for eligible items, before tax, at the rate shown in the program at the time of purchase, and are added to your balance after your payment is complete. Points are awarded on the order total after any reward you redeemed on that order. If an order is refunded in whole or in part, the points earned on the refunded amount are removed. Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and expire as stated in the program.

Redeeming. A reward can be applied to an order only after you have signed in by code, and only one reward per order. A reward is applied as a discount to the order before tax is calculated and cannot exceed the price of the items in the order. Points redeemed on an order that is later cancelled before payment are returned to your balance. We may change or end the program, its earning rate or its rewards at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed.

6. Selling cards to us (Sell to Us submissions)

The Site’s Sell to Us page lets you send us a list of cards before you visit the shop. Submitting a list is an inquiry only. It is not an offer by you to sell or by us to buy, and it does not create a contract. A purchase takes place only when we have inspected the items in store and you have accepted our quote in person.

Reference values. Market prices shown while you review your list are third-party reference figures published by TCGplayer. They are not our offer, are not a guarantee of value, and we do not warrant their accuracy or timeliness.

Inspection and quote. Every trade-in price is set at the shop after we inspect each item’s authenticity, condition and quantity. Our quote may differ from your list where the items presented do not match it. We may decline any item, or any submission, for any lawful reason, including condition, authenticity concerns, current stock or demand.

Buying rates. The buying rates published on the Sell to Us page are percentage ranges of the TCGplayer market price. They are guidance only, may change without notice, and are not an offer. Where an item falls within a range depends on its condition and on current demand. The final price is set in store after we inspect each item. Trade rates are paid as store credit.

Store credit. Store credit comes from trade-ins where you choose credit instead of cash. It has no cash value, never expires, and can be used in the shop and, where the Site offers it, on pickup orders placed on the Site. To use it on the Site you enter the phone number and email we have on file for you; both must match. If an order paid with store credit, in the shop or online, is cancelled or refunded, the store credit part goes back to your balance.

Presenting your cards. To be checked against your list, cards should be presented in the same order as the list you submitted. We may ask you to reorder or resubmit items that cannot be matched to the list, or we may quote them as unlisted items.

What we buy. We generally buy Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering and One Piece singles and sealed product, listed through the Sell to Us page. Graded (slabbed) cards and other items that cannot be listed on TCGplayer should be sent by email to contact@atlantatcg.com rather than through the Sell to Us form. Items from other trading card games are considered case by case; we may ask you to email details first, and we do not guarantee that we will purchase them. An email reply from us describing what we may take is not a quote and is subject to inspection in store.

Your responsibilities. By presenting items for sale you confirm that you own them, that you have the right to sell them, and that they are genuine to the best of your knowledge. We may require a valid government-issued photo ID before completing any purchase and may decline a purchase where identification is not provided. Sellers under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Your information. We keep the list and contact details you submit as described in our Privacy Policy. We may change or discontinue the Sell to Us page, or our buying criteria, at any time; changes do not affect purchases already completed in store.

7. Our content

The Site's original content (our photographs of the shop, our written copy, our branding, our logo, and the design and code of the Site) is owned by or licensed to AtlantaTCG LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share links to the Site freely; you may not copy, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit our original content without our prior written permission.

8. Third-party trademarks

Pokémon and Pokémon character names are trademarks of Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., and The Pokémon Company International. Magic: The Gathering is a trademark of Wizards of the Coast LLC. Yu-Gi-Oh! is a trademark of Konami Digital Entertainment. Disney Lorcana is a trademark of Disney and Ravensburger. One Piece Card Game is a trademark of Bandai. Star Wars: Unlimited is a trademark of Lucasfilm Ltd. and Fantasy Flight Games / Asmodee. Topps is a trademark of The Topps Company. LEGO is a trademark of the LEGO Group. All other game names, logos, card images, and product names appearing on this Site are trademarks or copyrights of their respective owners.

AtlantaTCG LLC is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies. Their names, logos, and product images are used solely to identify genuine products available in our store.

9. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

interfere with or disrupt the Site, its hosting, or its security features;
abuse the contact form (spam, harassment, automated submissions, or impersonation);
scrape, crawl, or harvest the Site at volumes that degrade it for others;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system connected to the Site; or
use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

We may block, limit, or refuse access to anyone who violates these rules.

10. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party sites and services (for example Google Maps and Instagram). We don't control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. A link is not an endorsement.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL INFORMATION ON IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATLANTATCG LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE OR YOUR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION IT DISPLAYS, INCLUDING PRICING OR AVAILABILITY ERRORS. IN ALL CASES, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AtlantaTCG LLC from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

14. Governing law & venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts covering Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

15. General

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and AtlantaTCG LLC regarding the Site. If we make a material change, we will update this page before the change takes effect; changes apply from the moment they are posted.
